It remains cognizant of the ever-changing world and, therefore, the need for adaptive advertising, virtual solutions, mobile technology and marketing strategies. Pursuant to the Acquisition and Merger Agreement, the current officers and directors, Reggie Sanchez and Scott Sanchez, resigned from all positions after appointing Dana Belle as both the sole officer and director.
