Positive Technologies turns the CISO Lounge into a live hardware security lab at GISEC Global 2026

Dubai, U.A.E., Sep 05, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — At GISEC Global 2026, the Middle East’s largest cybersecurity exhibition, taking place in Dubai from September 16 to 18, Positive Technologies will invite senior security leaders into an immersive “CISO Lounge” — a meeting room transformed into a working mini-lab where visitors can watch device security research unfold in real time.

Inside the CISO Lounge, a hands-on installation puts hardware security on display. A table of everyday connected devices — an IP camera, a wearable smart device, an industrial controller, a POS terminal, and a router — sits alongside a large screen streaming live “X-ray” footage of what lies inside them. Using a tablet-based interactive app, CISOs and their teams can explore each device layer by layer and see exactly where its security breaks. The experience shows manufacturers and buyers alike how attackers view their products from the inside — and why hardware-level investigation matters.

[Emad Abu Jazar, Director for the Middle East and Africa at Positive Technologies], said: “CISOs are under pressure to trust a growing fleet of connected devices, yet very few can see what actually happens beneath the surface. In the CISO Lounge, we make that invisible layer visible. By putting a real research lab in the room, we show security leaders precisely where a device fails — from its processor to its wider ecosystem — and how Positive Labs helps organizations build that investigative capability for themselves.”

The CISO Lounge is a connecting installation designed to lead visitors from the demo to the Positive Technologies stand, where the company showcases the full Positive Labs equipment used to investigate real-world attacks and vulnerabilities.
